As a community, we are experiencing an unprecedent public health situation that affects nearly as businesses in the Wworld. SuiteWorld is no diferent and you can find latest NetSuite update regarding SuiteWorld through the words of Karen Cassel – Sr. Channel Marketing Manager.
To prioritize the health and safety of our attendees, we are postponing the 10th anniversary of SuiteWorld until April 26-29, 2021. The event will still be held at The Venetian Resort and the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas.
All paid registrants of SuiteWorld will automatically be registered for the new date. Those who cannot attend will be offered a full refund. More details in the FAQ below.

What is the process of transferring my registration to the new date?
Current paid registrants of SuiteWorld20 will automatically be registered for the new 2021 date. This includes those registered for Pre-Event Training.
What happens to partner registrations under SuiteLife passes?
If you registered for SuiteWorld under a SuiteLife pass, your registration will automatically move to the new 2021 date.
If you received an invite to register under SuiteLife but never actually registered, you will need to be re-invited for the new date. More details on that process will come at a later date.
If you need to change the attendee names on your SuiteLife pass registrations, you will need to cancel the current registrations by contacing the registration team by January 8, 2021. Your new attendees will then need to be invited for the new date. More details on that process will come at a later date.
How many SuiteLife passes will we receive for the new date?
Partners will be able to utilize their current SuiteLife SuiteWorld passes, as well as new SuiteLife passes available in their subsequent SuiteLife renewal.
Example: Partner firm entitled to two (2) passes from their annual SuiteLife subscription period that included SuiteWorld20. Partner renews partnership SuiteLife package for term inclusive of SuiteWorld21. Partner will have a total of four (4) passes for SuiteWorld in April 2021 for use by their own employees.
How do I reschedule my hotel and airfare?
If you booked your hotel through the SuiteWorld website, it will be cancelled automatically. Please manage your own changes for airfare, other transportation and hotel booked outside of the SuiteWorld website.
What if my customer or I can’t make it to the rescheduled event?
A full refund will be provided to any paid SuiteWorld registrant that cannot attend the new date. Please contact the registration team. Refund requests must be received by January 8, 2021.
What about Sponsorships?
The full amount of your sponsorship will be credited toward your participation at next year’s event. You’ll also secure 2020 pricing and priority booth selection for the new date. If you prefer a full refund instead, please contact the sponsor team. Refund requests must be received by January 8, 2021. Refunds will take 8-12 weeks. Refunds will be paid via check or wire only (no credit card refunds).
If you have a booked an event at a restaurant or other venue, please work with those locations to cancel or reschedule your events.
