  • Previous web store was developed in Magento and was reaching end of life
  • The integration with Magento to NetSuite was cumbersome and was batched
  • B2C and B2B customers were separated into two databases, NetSuite and Magento
  • Stock feed was not integrated in real-time
  • Order changes required changes within multiple systems and was cumbersome
  • Customer Service was disconnected as information was not maintained in one system
