NetSuite unavailability reported Wednesday, 26th Feb 2020
This morning, a portion of NetSuite and AVT Business Solutions customers were affected by a NetSuite system outage.
NetSuite reported two service interruptions on https://status.netsuite.com as follows:
- An incident in our EU North and EU East facilities has potentially resulted in intermittent login errors and issues performing account management operations for customers local to these datacenters. The issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing problems please contact NetSuite Customer Support. Thank you for your patience. We take these incidents very seriously and apologize for this service interruption. 01:47 PM – 02:13 PM (Resolved)
- An incident in our NA Northwest facility which resulted in a degradation of service for customers local to that datacenter when using NetSuite functionality is now resolved. We take this event very seriously and are continually working to ensure that events like this are mitigated quickly. 08:48 AM – 10:04 AM (Resolved)

AVT received calls from several customers advising of issues logging into their NetSuite account.
