Advanced Features

  • Bin Putaway: Allows user to put received inventory away into the warehouse by suggesting a primary putaway bin for improved accuracy
  • Bin/Location Transfer: Enables items to be moved from bin to bin or location to location in NetSuite at the same time the inventory is physically moved
  • Return Merchandise Authorization: Prompts user to enter or scan the RMA number and select location with immediate validation against NetSuite

Functional Overview

  • PO Receipt: Allows for receiving items against a PO by scanning the PO number with immediate validation against NetSuite and ability to select location
  • Inventory Inquiry: Search inventory by item/UPC, bin, lot/serial or display ID showing user all locations/bins in the warehouse
  • Inventory Count Functions: Inventory Count consists of three processes and can be performed by different users
  • Creation App: This process uses a full browser screen interface and is intended for back office creation of the counts that will be performed by the warehouse user
  • Entry App: This process uses a mobile device browser screen to allow a warehouse worker to perform the inventory counts created in the back office
  • Review App: This process is to review the counts performed in the warehouse and to approve the adjustment to the account should there be a variance from the on-hand inventory amount and the amount collected
  • Inventory Adjustment: Increases inventory accuracy and prevents stockouts by enabling the user to reduce or add inventory from a mobile device
  • Order Pick: Guides users to perform sales order item picking and advances order status to “packing or ready for shipment.” Automatically determines lot/serial number requirements for each item.
